Download Challenging Prostate Cancer - Nutrition, Exercise and You. From the Prostate Centre.
Although we don’t yet know the full relationship between the food we eat and prostate cancer, research in this area has found evidence that certain dietary behaviours can slow prostate cancer progression. To help men with prostate cancer understand nutritional findings from research studies, staff at the Prostate Centre have developed a free resource entitled Challenging Prostate Cancer, Nutrition Exercise and You. This manual provides dietary tips, healthy recipes, exercise instruction, and a chapter entitled “Deciding to Change and Changing Decisively”, that focuses on lifestyle behaviour change programming. This book is designed to guide readers through the process of changing eating habits for the better, in the hopes of helping fight the cancer and improving overall health.
